We’re Done With Toxic Workplaces, And We’re Not Afraid Of The Fallout

With Gen Z employees now aged between 13 and 28, and Millennials 29 to 44, we now make up the majority of the workforce. As Boomers and Gen X age out and into retirement, this means the power balance is shifting, and companies are going to have to catch up.

Like Baradinsky, we aren’t scared to call out toxic workplace culture, and to seek more from our employers. If a company digs its heels in and refuses to budge on lifestyle support like work-from-home opportunities, mentoring, adequate HR and manageable workloads, we’ll just leave – and other companies that navigate this generational shift will answer our needs and retain the best staff.

Basically, time’s up for treating your staff like cogs in a machine.
